Dr. Amy Sarma is superb! From my very first consultation with her in 2020 to now with my post-operative care, she demonstrates unparalleled expertise and professionalism. She always takes her time to clearly explain my medical test results in terms I can easily understand! I truly look forward to my annual visits with her. In fact, the entire team at MGH's cardiac unit is top-notch in my books.

My doctor is very thorough and well prepared having looked at all the medical records in preparation for the appointment. She listens carefully to everything you say she's open for discussion on any issue and gets my agreement for any test that may be required. And she's open minded. She is a treasure and of course she's highly competent. i'm extremely lucky to have her for my cardiologist.

Meeting with this provider was extremely helpful. I had a rare type of heart attack and she provided reassurance, high end skill and information, handouts and kindness. She explained everything perfectly. I would travel a great distance to continue under her care. Her office also followed up with information regarding other avenues of obtaining information and support.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Sarma as my cardiologist. She is thorough, detailed and explains the medical jargon in ways that I can understand. Moreover, she has a great bed side manner and makes sure I understand my condition and care.

Dr Amy Sarma was amazing! She was empathetic she listened. She brought handouts that explained exactly what it happened in my specific case and was very supportive. She's spent a lot of time with me answering questions and making sure I understood the medicines and the test that I was going to be taking. She was wonderful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amy Sarma for years now, and she's always very reliable, and steady, and attentive. She listens to what I have to say. She explains things to me. She even did a little dance when I quit smoking. She's a caring and sympathetic medical provider, and I mentioned to her at the last visit, I'm so glad that she's been my cardiologist for so long.

Dr Sarma was more prepared for my visit than any other doctor I have ever had. Her attention was fully on me for our entire visit. Despite the fact that she was running late for our visit, she was incredibly generous with her time granting me ample time at the end of the day to help me try to understand this new change in my diagnosis that was hard for me to wrap my head around. She was both professional and compassionate.

She is very knowledgeableabout my health issues and answered my questions clearly. Most of all she was very kind and patient as I asked questions making me feel.comfortable. I could tell she was familar with my records and aware of previous conditions. She recognized that I was nervous seeing a cardiac physician and calmed my fears. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I am so glad to have Dr. Sarma as my cardiologist. She is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and reassuring. Even with what I assume to be a very high patient load, and the fact that she only sees me periodically, she is always very familiar with my condition and patiently answers all my questions thoroughly and with empathy. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Sarma.
