From the front desk on the way in, to the nurses and the doctor that I saw, to the lab personnel, to check out - all of the people were kind and helpful, and the processes were effortless.

The doctors (everyone that comes into the exam room) are EXTREMELY NICE, they make me feel really comfortable, welcome, and not ashamed of having the condition I have. I drive over a hour just to be seen by these amazing people. However, the front desk people aren’t the most welcoming. They are not mean whatsoever, but a more pleasant smile, hello, how are you would go a long way. I LOVE this place and will continue to be a patient there.

It was my first time with the new provider because I had to switch days for work. I have been with my old provider for many many years and now I'll go on Mondays and the staff seemed amazing
