The employees at Dr. Patel's office are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel always listens to my concerns, explains everything to me, explains my blood work and what I need to do if I need to do anything else. It's very easy to schedule another appointment.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I told him exactly what I was coming in for. When I got there, I waited over an hour to see the provider and then she told me she wasn't the right doctor to say that I needed to see a urologist. So even though I told them what my issue was prior to coming in, they made me an appointment and took my money when they didn't help me.

I would like to thank Dr. Patel for her wonderful, warm, welcoming, walking to the office, greeting herself, answering every question that I gave her. Everything that I needed to better myself, she gave me an answer. She is a very wonderful, fantastic doctor. And I want to thank her very much for having me as a patient. And I thank her for being my doctor. And we're drinking that bottle of champagne.

The doctor looked over the results of my blood work and explained the results to me. She explained all of the results and what they mean. Information was explained and questions answered. She already scheduled my next appointment and gave me a referral for my next blood work.
