My diabetes educator was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to provide me with personalized attention throughout our sessions. She carefully explained complex information in a way that was easy to understand, addressed all of my questions and concerns with patience, and tailored her advice to fit my specific lifestyle and needs. I felt genuinely supported and more confident in managing my condition after working with her.
