It is so wonderful to see Medical team member be positive, happy and make eye contact. She is engaging and is a great listener. Does not dismiss how you feel in a physical way or an emotional manner. She seems to actually care about her patient and her very important role as a health care worker. AMY'S smile lights up the room and brings joy to others, she is a real asset to this practice.
