Like I said she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew my history and helped me get new hearing aids.

She clearly cared about me, gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision on which hearing aids would be best for me and made sure I understood everything. And she did this without pressuring me to decide any certain way.
