Dr McCarthy has always been very attentive to my needs and has always taken very good care of me. She has answered my phone calls a few times as needed. Very nice of her!

Dr. McCarthy listened, asked questions, fielded my concerns, and was thorough in my visit. I felt extremely well heard and taken care of. Not only did she address my immediate concern, she asked multiple follow-up questions to ensure she addressed the root cause of my issue.

Communication from MA to Physican for inquires were not fullfilled prior to a test being ordered. Without communication regarding the process of test that was ordered depiste multiple attempts of inquiry throught "my chart"

Getting labs done can be somewhat of a challenge. Had to return to the office after my appointment, due to lunch break. There was a lineup of others, & the staff member possibly in training was abrupt & I asked for clarification. Lee Ann was not abrupt, she was attentive. I appreciate Lee Ann's communication, as well as her efficiency.
