Dr. McCarthy goes above and beyond with how she takes care of me as her patient. She has called me after I sent her a message through the portal since she felt my issue was extremely important and needed attention asap. I really appreciate her for everything she does for me.

The doctors and CT ladies were great. The wait was too long. The nurses were not great! Agitated when asked how long for Ct scan.

Usually my visit is good but I DID NOT LIKE THE LONG WAIT! I WISH THAT THENURSE WHO ATTENDED ME YESTERSAY WOULD HAVE CHECKED ON ME TO SEE IF I WAS OK AND TO GIVE ME AN IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER OF WAIT TO SEE THE DOCTOR!

The timing of my visit is sometimes a long wait before I finally get to see the doctor. I understand that the doctor has other patients. But I wish that the nurse could give me an idea how long of a wait it would be to actually see the doctor when the they could give me an estimate time, other than saying " in a few miutes" when it's 40 minutes later when the doctor actually comes to see me. FOR EXAMPLE, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY! PLEASE ASK THE NURSES TO CHECK ON PATIENT WHEN THEIR WATING LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES TO LET THEM KNOW HOW MUCH LONGER THE WAIT WILL BE!!! THANK YOU!

Dr. McCarthy has helped catch serious health conditions from listening carefully to concerns and symptoms I mentioned in addition to findings during her exams. Conditions that my previous PCP missed by dismissing my concerns and symptoms.

Dr. McCarthy has been my primary Dr. for 26 yrs. She is a very good & thorough Dr. I appreciate that she isn't judgemental, or condescending to me. I've changed (fired) providers in other areas for poor patient communication,and/or poor overall care. I appreciate her 💯.
