Sometimes it has been difficult to get needed clarification on topics regarding medications from Amy through phone communication. She relies pretty heavily on her support staff to take calls and make return calls. The resulting communication is not always prompt, and sometimes lacks precise clarity. Overall, I trust Amy’s knowledge and expertise regarding my health issues

I feel she is the model of a great PR actioner. She genuinely listens to any concerns/questions I have and takes time to explain terms, etc. I feel she allows my input on treatments. I have full confidence in her.
