overall experience was outstanding. getting access/scheduling to any of my appointments and procedures was extremely efficient. was given timely information on billing and my high deductible portion. surgery process was very positive. team followed all the steps with good explanations to me, communication done well, professional patient focused care. my over experience with Trinity health and IHA Breast Surgery was exceptional !
