She is clear in her explanations and expectations. So I knew what things to do if deal with an issue and at what point I needed to seek additional service example : shortness of breath …. Head to ER. It helps to know she trusts me to follow her recommendations

As I have already mentioned; she did an excellent job informing me of the nature of the cancer in my breast and what needed to be done to remove the cancer cells and follow up procedures that would be required. She answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind for the surgery I needed.

Dr. Kirby has communicates in a scientific but compassionate manner. Even though she has a busy practice, I felt I was her only patient during my visits.
