She is clear in her explanations and expectations. So I knew what things to do if deal with an issue and at what point I needed to seek additional service example : shortness of breath …. Head to ER. It helps to know she trusts me to follow her recommendations

As I have already mentioned; she did an excellent job informing me of the nature of the cancer in my breast and what needed to be done to remove the cancer cells and follow up procedures that would be required. She answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind for the surgery I needed.

While I have had only had an initial visit to date I feel confident in my choice of Dr Kirby as my breast surgeon. It is apparent she is compassionate as well as competent. She also treated my husband as part of decision making team. I know I’ll be in good hands moving forward

Dr. Kirby is knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. I could not have felt I was in better hands. I also thoroughly and accurately informed about every step in the process before and after surgery, which decreased my anxiety every step of the way.

Dr. Kirby has communicates in a scientific but compassionate manner. Even though she has a busy practice, I felt I was her only patient during my visits. I also felt much less anxiety about my breast surgery after seeing her in the pre-op area. I understand why she was highly recommended to me. I trust her knowledge and experience.
