Dr Kausoff and Patty are amazing. I love them! They are so sweet and smart. They really listen and care about my questions. it is, however, extra difficult to get through to the office via phone.

Both seeing Dr. Kassouf and Dr. Ford were a good experience...even though I had to have spots removed(Dr. K.), and had a problem(neck/shoulder pain). Both of these doctors are caring and professional.

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Kassouf. she is an outstanding provider and really listened to me. highly recommend her. best dermatologist I have ever seen.

My care at Cleveland Clinic Dermatology has been very good, but I am returning to my non -CCF dermatologist for the time being for sentimental reasons. I have been a pt with him for 30 years and I think I will stay with him until he retires-- and then return to CCF.

I have a complex medical condition with several chronic diseases. I "audition" doctors first to see if they will work with my other doctors. I feel that the doctors that I have now are the cream of the crop; and that includes Dr. Kassouf.

Dr always listens to what I have to say. She carefully explains her diagnosis and treatments. She has never been wrong. I have the utmost trust in her judgments. I am blessed to have her in my life.

Dr. Kassouf explained my options for my treatment and allowed me to select whichever one worked for me (for example; allowing me to get an ilk injection rather than just using steroid cream)
