The doctor have been kind with me. She always there to help me and assist for all concern. Also, she helping with everything she to make my US army waiver be approve.

this was my first visit with this Dr. after not feeling a good sense of care with another endo doctor in this office. my hope was for someone more attentive and sensitive to my needs. most of the time was spent with the physician who was kind, asked questions and listened well. the doctor came in at the last point and barely spent timewith me. Towards the end of the appointment, all of us were walking out into the hallway and when the doctor didnt think I was in ear shot, they insinuated that this could have been a telehealth appointment. while I agreed and would have preferred that method, I had to spend time away from work for this appointment and felt a lesser sense of care because of that statement. I've spent so long not treating my thyroid because of my experiences with doctors and while this one was better, it still did not meet my expectation or build my confidence in a treatment plan.
