Amy H was very concerned & listened intently. She explained her diagnosis & the cream for treatment ( how long to use it , when to take a break from cream & then when to resume treatment. She was caring& professionally as well as friendly.

Very good experience as I was switching doctors and hadn’t been for a while . Was nervous and from the staff in the registration to the visit with the doctor everyone was wonderful . Amy ( Dr Irby ) was so friendly and helpful with all my concerns and questions and I felt totally comfortable with the entire experience!

I communicated that an antifungal had cleared rash. Same kind of rash was back and was sure it was fungal. Provider diagnosed as eczema and prescribed wrong cream. Came back in 2 weeks with terrible fungal rash.

Amy was wonderful. Very patient, kind, made sure I understood what I. Was experiencing. Made sure biopsy was painless. Emphasized that I could call her for questions and that she would me as soon as she had test results. I could not asked for better care.

I had a very short wait in the waiting room; check-in was easy. I was treated with respect, and both the nurse who escorted me to the room & Amy listened to me, answered all my questions, & knew what they were doing.
