so when you call for help the medical assitanti they get me the appointment that i need the doctors are excellent when i go in for an appointment they are fast and through they come in everything is always good the room is always clean my obgyn i like it at the pregnancy center they are discreet

dr condon is very condescending and lacks empathy for where i am at. she had made rude comments to me about my decisions and i feel judged by her at my choice not to have biological children. at 37 with endometriosis, i am mot interested in starting that journey. she is supposed to operate on me in a week but wont answer followup questions i have via the portal. hugely important questions. i had to schedule an appointment with a non renown ob gyn just to get answers. i'm incredibly town about dr condon. i would like to think she is a great surgeon but she doesn't care to tell me anything that would set my mind at ease. for example she never once said that my surgery could have a positive impact, or most women with my condition are happy with their decison post surgery. she also wont leave my ov in but wont explain why over the portal. i am really considering cancelling everything with her and changing my ob gyn provider because i feel like she is judging my life decisions and very unsupportive.

The doctor said she would call and follow up with results. The results of the tests have been resulted on mychart for 5 days and I haven't heard from the doctor or the office yet.

From the reviews of Dr. Condon I was very excited to have her as my new OB/GYN. That has since changed after having my first appointment. I will be looking for a new OB/GYN. After providing all my labs & medication list to her she waited until after my appointment & after I was home to have her MA call me about a medication she no longer wanted me to take that had been provided by another Dr. Also, the MA had zero idea what the diagnosis was that she had called me about, nor could she provide me any feedback as to why I was to stop taking the medication.

Dr. Condon was excellent. She listened to my specific situation, and several times she asked if there were any other concerns or things I might have needed to talk about. I have not experienced a provider offering and holding space to talk about issues in such a genuine way in a long time. She also squeezed in a lot of education in such quick visit. I really appreciate the care she extended to me.
