Amy Lombardo is as good a friend as she is a clinician. I actually look forward to seeing her.

The experience going to Lourdes to meet with Amy is fantastic. She is a great provider. The only concern I have is that co-pays are not collected there and that is a problem. You need to set up a system where co-pays are collected there rather than trying to collect it elsewhere. Thank you very much and have a great day. Bye-bye.

The care and treatment provided is above and beyond. I never feel like I'm one of many or rushed on any way. "White glove" service from beginning to end. This should be a template of how medical care should and could be elsewhere.

Listen, I was a critical care nurse for over 50 years and she is absolutely on the ball and she knows what she's doing. I feel very confident with her and safe and comfortable and yes, you need, she's an asset to the company or to this hospital. You need to do something to reward her to keep her on staff. Because I've noticed some other things with other people there. You need to try to do all you can to keep her around. Thank you.

Heart Failure Center by Amy Lombardo. She's fabulous. She's knowledgeable. She's kind. She tells, she keeps her patients informed and her staff is very good. But Amy Lombardo is a wonderful, wonderful provider. And she's so knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have her.

Amy and the staff were amazing . They fit us in because of my weight gain . They took their time with myself and my family to go over everything and explain everything. They listened intently to our concerns and addressed them with patience and care .
