Dr Brode is a very good doctor. She listens to your concerns. Spends time explaining your condition. She also makes you feel at ease.

She treated me like a human being and was willing to consider my concerns without being annoyed that I may not feel comfortable followed the standard algorithm of treatment options in this field. She was kind and caring, but also so knowledgeable that I was confident in her ability. It is rare in this day and age, that while the condition that I may have can be aggravated by stress, she noted that possibility but refused to label any of my symptoms as being "all in my head", and allowed me to know she believed that I was experiencing true pain and distress. She was compassionate. I wish she could be my PCP.
