I feel she was rushed, I'm sure no fault of her own. I think our appointment time was around 45 minutes behind and getting restless. I don't want this to seem I don't like Amy, I do. Just was stressful this time for me.

Great office, I always receive the best care at Dr. Raffee's office, Amy solved the problem of the wax in both ears.!!

Overall very good. I did not feel safe in walking test. Would have felt safer with someone close behind me.

A very enjoyable encounter.
Only problem was that it was not clear what to do immediatly upon entering the building; no receptionist, didi not see sign in the next doorway to enter. Other staff members were VERY helpful.

Amy shows kindness and patience. I never feel like she is in a hurry and doesn't have time to properly visit with me. She explains everything so that I fully understand what I need to do. I feel that she is genuinely interested in me as a patient. She is knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her; you will receive superb care.

Amy is the best. She has great suggestions and is very helpful with ideas of things to try to overcome my problems. My sister always comes with me and Amy is always open to her ideas as well.

Amy was very patient, and examined both ears fully. She showed concern for me having had on-going sinus issues, with little assistance from my previous PCP.

I never feel rushed at this office. Although a tremendous effort is made so I can understand instructions sometimes they are hard for me to understand but thats what the aftercare summary is for.

The scheduler offered me a next-day appointment for CT scan; I may just have been lucky that another patient had to postpone. The initial appointment with Dr. Bakalar on Jan 10 needed a wait of about a month.
