Even though he seemed busy with the many other patients, my appointment was kept on a timely schedule and he didn’t show he was rushed or too busy. He was calm and took the time for greetings and did my care in a professional manner.

He works so hard at the clinic but I always feels like he takes the time to focus on me when it is my turn.

Dr. Kulkarni is very good and I have no problems with his care. I believe he is over-scheduled, and to ensure he gets through his appointments efficiently, patients have to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in the procedure room. To the extent that this is his decision, that would be my only complaint. I presume, however, that this is more about profit maximization from the administration to the detriment of patient experience.
