Dr Tahir is very thorough and efficient. We had a good conversation about my care and he answered all my questions completely. He changed my medication and by the time I was home I had gotten a text from my pharmacy that it was ready. He checked to see what follow-up appointments were scheduled with other providers and advised me to schedule a physical with my PCP and be sure to ask for specific blood work.

Dr Tahir took plenty of time to review my health and care plan with me. He pulled up my echocardiogram and surgery X-rays and explained the images. He wrote a referral for cardiac rehab & confirmed what I should do in the meantime. I was able to schedule several upcoming appointments and lab tests & Dr Tahir explained the care plan for the year after surgery.

I was having financial issues with buying my Entresto 24/26. Dr Tahir, gave me the medicine, as well as,, he made sure I had the forms to apply for assistance from the company who make the Entresto. He looked concerned about my care situation and he did everything to help me. I felt SPECIAL.

Dr Tahir has demonstrated the type of care that I was accustomed to pre-pandemic. He understands his assignment......although not a psychologist, he gets how important it is to be sensitive to patient fears. I think he's amazing.

Dr Tahir did an excellent job educating me on what kind of treatment if any is appropriate for my level of heart disease. I was actually misinformed before, but really appreciated his data driven approach to explaining the cons of low-dose aspirin treatment (he even printed a recent article/study for me) and when statins are or are not necessary
