I waited an hour to see her and I was the first appointment of the day. It was ridiculous. I understand the weather was bad, but at least let the staff know what's going on so they can tell the patient. That's also why you leave for work extra early. I know that there could have been car accidents and other issues that arose that morning, but let staff know so the patient is informed. I didn't start seeing patients until 1015 because I was at the office that long. My start time at the hospital is 0730 and I'm just glad I have an understanding boss. However, I had a large caseload, which is normal for me, and starting that late is not good. Not to mention I was fasting for labs. After waiting 30 minutes for my labs, they still hadn't called me back to get my blood drawn. I finally went up to the desk and told them I had to get back to work.

I suffer from multiple health issues. She listened and asked questions. The doctor showed empathy and compassion. She specified treatment plan and follow up expectations.
