As always my visits are pleasant, friendly, passionate and professional. Love the way the staff leans into my unique personality.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My doctor rushed my appointment and left immediately after. I was confused about my labs that were being ordered and needed clarification but the doctor left immediately after. When the doctor asked about my level or depression and anxiety, and I shared I had been struggling, she rushed through the options of medication and therapy within 1-2 minutes, leaving me feeling uncared for as a person, and instead treated like a checklist to complete quickly before the doctor left abruptly when she left the room.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I would have appreciated a longer view with what to expect with my situation, basically the doctor’s recommendation was to "take the medication and call me with any questions"

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I waited 30 minutes for my care provider to arrive. The provider was thoughtful, caring, professional but kind and knowledgeable. I am glad I waited to see her and she will be my new GP.

Dr. Narla did poor job understanding my past medical history and current issues. She seemed rushed throughout the appointment When discussing a current medical issue, she offered no thoughts or differential diagnosis. I will be finding another provider for my primary care.

My experience was pleasant. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand. Everyone was friendly courteous, and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience thank you to Saint Lukes and their staff.

Dr. Amita Narla is the BEST! I'm so happy I was referred to her 4 years ago. She was patient and compassionate while listening to my recent life-changing event, and offered kind and healthy advice. Also, since then, I've referred a dear friend to her, and she's extremely happy with the level of care.

I waited an hour to see her and I was the first appointment of the day. It was ridiculous. I understand the weather was bad, but at least let the staff know what's going on so they can tell the patient. That's also why you leave for work extra early. I know that there could have been car accidents and other issues that arose that morning, but let staff know so the patient is informed. I didn't start seeing patients until 1015 because I was at the office that long. My start time at the hospital is 0730 and I'm just glad I have an understanding boss. However, I had a large caseload, which is normal for me, and starting that late is not good. Not to mention I was fasting for labs. After waiting 30 minutes for my labs, they still hadn't called me back to get my blood drawn. I finally went up to the desk and told them I had to get back to work.

I suffer from multiple health issues. She listened and asked questions. The doctor showed empathy and compassion. She specified treatment plan and follow up expectations.
