UAB in general, is a well oiled machine. We get processed in, get our medical needs met and are treated so kindly and our questions/concerns are addressed in a very timely manner. Your facilities are immaculate, sterile and comfortable. The waiting areas, hallways, exam rooms, bathrooms, elevators, escalators all, are always clean! I feel safe in all areas. All of this helps us to feel safe & cared about. Also, I love my PA! 🙏🏻 She is awesome!! She really listens to me and addressing all of my concerns, questions and always gives me my options that I can understand. I am very happy with my experiences at UAB!!

In short, the healthcare professionals have great knowledge of what they are doing and appear to have the patient’s best interest at heart. Most importantly, they know exactly how to convey information to patients in a way that the individual patient can understand and comprehend. Outstanding leadership. 👍🙂👍
