Beautiful calm office, properly staffed reception, very friendly and warm reception staff. I was promptly greeted and received efficiently with kindness and warmth. My psychiatric ARNP was wonderful. She listened attentively and gave thoughtful feedback and I never felt rushed. She walked me out to reception after my appointment, too, which is something you don’t see much anymore and is so nice.

The scheduling staff are helpful and efficient, the portal makes it easy to request appointments, and I value Dr. Brown as a physician. I always heard negative things about the psychiatriic field, that they don't try to uncover causes behind symptoms and are quick to decide on prescriptions, Dr. Brown surprised me with her openness and helpfulness beyond medication. I like her approach and appreciate her recommendations. She is solution oriented and that???s important to me. She also shows kindness and understanding,
