Yes. I like Amber’s personality, and I can tell she listens to what I am saying. She is pleasant and down to earth and that makes me feel more comfortable there

A thorough exam and she listened to my concerns. A strep test was done and results were quick Very concerned attitude and also very pleasant. I was comfortable and relaxed. Hood experience.

Service was prompt but interaction with provider and staff checking vital signs left me feeling like I was wasting everyone's time. Will think twice before going back despite convenient and prompt service.

Amber was very friendly, listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Her staff wasn’t nearly as friendly. The nurse missed a treatment that Amber had recommended and didn’t seem too thrilled that pointed out I needed a nebulizer treatment prior to discharge.

I've seen Amber a couple of times for different things. She has always listened to what I say, asked questions and explained things to me.
Amber is very caring, comforting and knowledgeable. And had always helped me with what ever health issue I've seen her for.

Outstanding service from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurse could not have been treated any better

That they judged me, refused me a work note for a new days even though I'm contagious. Suppose to avoid crowds but permitted me back to work the next day making people's food. I tried explaining why I needed more days and was laughed at.

Staff was courteous - only drawback is they do not have on site xray equipment--had to go to the hospital.

I was on vacation in Tawas & my cold turned into bronchitis. It was Saturday & no medical facility was open in Tawas so I drove over 1 hr to the open clinic in Alpena. I am so glad I did. Amber Simonye was So helpful! Got me the right antibiotics & saved my vacation!
