What could have been done to improve your experience?
I understand being busy but it is early, Doesn’t seem too busy . Felt rushed and like my lack of knowledge of pharmacy bothered him(nurse) didn’t feel helpful to me , as I haven’t been in Alpena in 5 years

I've seen Amber a couple of times for different things. She has always listened to what I say, asked questions and explained things to me.
Amber is very caring, comforting and knowledgeable. And had always helped me with what ever health issue I've seen her for.

I was on vacation in Tawas & my cold turned into bronchitis. It was Saturday & no medical facility was open in Tawas so I drove over 1 hr to the open clinic in Alpena. I am so glad I did. Amber Simonye was So helpful! Got me the right antibiotics & saved my vacation!
