Ms. Hackenberg treats me more like a friend than purely a numbered patient. She is very knowledgeable, patient, practical, open to discussion of problems and alternatives, and we <always> reach agreement on courses of action. I try not to take undo advantage of those.

Amber is an ideal primary provider. She is very informed. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She is thorough in her discussion of health and medical topics and in discussing blood tests and/or current health conditions. She is resourceful in referring to the appropriate providers when needed.
