Amber Hackenberg is extremely, caring, knowledgeable, and listens attentively to my concerns. I've never felt rushed at any time when I've seen her over the 6 1/2 years that she's been my primary care giver.

The only thing is I wish Amber were available on more than a couple days a week but it's usually not an urgent matter, so I can live with her schedule and am glad that she makes her role as a mom a top priority

Very unhappy and was sent home with the same symptoms and was told I do t know when asked questions on then why Iam I feeling this way and I can’t live like this I do have to work. Im paying for services that if we’re at any other place I would not pay for the service that I received.

I am genuinely concerned about a chronic back pain issue. Over 9 months I've visited 3 primary care providers, worked with two PT professionals, done all the exercises advised, had xrays (lower and upper spine and neck), taken otc and prescribed pain medication, recently had a stress test to determine if there might be a heart-related issues. I am aware that lower back pain is one of the most common complaints and is often difficult to diagnose the cause, but I'm frustrated that the pain is worse and I've yet to eliminate some of the possible worst-case causes. Amber has referred me to a Pain Specialist and put in a request for a MRI, both steps that I approve.
