When I went to my appt. Waited over an hour to see the Dr. And get called to the exam room. Appt time was 11 didnt get out until 12:30 pm. This has happened more than once. Our time is just as important as yours. Patients are not at your beck and call. Patients are customers.

My total experience with Rockhill Orthopedics has been great. I have referred family and friends to Rockhill and I hope their experience is as good as mine.

I was really happy with the way I was treated. Dr. Patel was easy to work with. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. He just seems so real and like he really does care. And I'm going through a lot of stuff and he's been patient with me. And I appreciate that. And I'm looking forward to my next appointment coming up.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Patel and staff are great and take time to explain and answer questions. However, I always have to wait 30 minutes or much longer past appointment time to see the doctor.

My only complaint was an hour delay for this recent appointment. Overall I am very pleased with the facilities, staff and providers.

I started seeing Dr. Patel prior to my surgery in October. Over the course of my treatment, the entire staff was attentive, thorough, kind, and overall fantastic! I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Dr. Patel really listened and explained himself thoroughly and I was happy to hear that rather than have the outpatient surgery he is going to admit me for a day not just for pain control but because of my history of contracting many different infections I was very happy.

I arrived at 1115am for my appointment at 1130. I was not taken back to an exam room until after noon. I sat in the exam room for quite some time and was not finished with the exam or scheduling my follow up until almost 1pm. Dr. Patel is very thorough. The only time my wait time has been minimal was when I was the first appointment of the day or the the first appointment post-lunch.

Care was good but I was in the office for nearly 2 hours for a 5 min visit which felt way too long.

Overall experience with Dr. Patel has been superb. He is a very talented surgeon. Has THE BEST smile. Is always kind & caring. Love how he sits down and fully engages in conversation. I always look forward to visting with him and engaging in deep conversation about my recovery.

I think Dr. Patel does an amazing job looking at my condition educating me and working with me as we decide on a treatment plan. Everyone on the staff is so professional and friendly and it’s very easy to get in and out scheduling checking out. It’s a good experience overall.

BEST all around care I’ve ever received! Doctor Patel is the BEST doctor I’ve ever had! Doctor Patel is kind and comforting, which is lacking in health care. I had zero concerns about how the surgery would go, as well as the anesthesia procedure. The hospital staff also were all wonderful! I would recommend Doctor Patel to anyone I know in a heartbeat. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as well as everyone involved. ❤️

I have had a lot of surgeries in life but you all have been the best ever! Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. Dr. Patel is fantastic! He had everything setup and ready for me before I had the surgery. Dr. Patel listened to me and answered all my questions! I would recommend Rockhill Orthopedics to everyone! Thank you to you all!

I was surprised and appreciated it when I was given a form to file to apply for handicap parking during my recovery. I was not given this for previous a previous foot surgery, and with winter coming, I believe this will be needed and greatly appreciated.

Dr Patel is outstanding and his skills plus positive attitude with diagnosis , surgery,and treatment stands out. His communication skills are great plus he is very positive and asks questions to make sure the patient understands his problem and recovery process.

Dr. Patel is one of the very best Doctors that I have met at Rockhill! Very thorough, very good listener. He had a good plan for future treatment and physical therapy for my Achilles strain. Would recommend him to others with ankle issues!
