It took me an hour and a half sitting in the lobby waiting to be sent back to the room to see the doctor or waited another 20 minutes. That is unacceptable. For that reason, I will never go to him again.

I wish I wasn’t the last appointment of the day as I feel it was a bit rushed and didn’t ask everything I should have. I didn’t even see the X-ray and thought I should.
When we were shown out there was no one around and we got a little lost in the hallways, but finally fount the correct exit.
I do want to have the surgery and was told to call back to make another appointment with Dr. Patel, which I will do. I will make sure it’s an earlier in the day appointment.

Staff and Dr Patel were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I did wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr Patel.

I am very satisfied with the care I receive at Rockhill Orthopedics. The entire staff has been outstanding,from Dr. Patel to all the nurses and assistants, as well as the front office. I truly cannot imagine receiving better care anywhere else.

I appreciate Dr.Patel and his staff being very compassionate and understanding of my unusual circumstances of not being able to follow through with his recommendations at this time due to other health concerns. He helped me to prioritize the steps to take with other major surgeries and toward other health diagnoses prior to scheduling surgery with him in a most kind, professional, knowledgeable, and wise manner. Dr. Patel is always willing to help and look for any problems I'm having. His entire staff is kind and compassionate and I don't mind going to the doctor whenever I'm going to see them. I appreciate everything they do.

When I went to my appt. Waited over an hour to see the Dr. And get called to the exam room. Appt time was 11 didnt get out until 12:30 pm. This has happened more than once. Our time is just as important as yours. Patients are not at your beck and call. Patients are customers.
