After a conversation about my symptoms and possible next steps, I was able to ask a few questions, about which she had clear and informative responses. I walked away from the appointment feeling a sense of encouragement.

She found problems other Dr’s had not ever shared with me!
She was kind and made me very comfortable!
She has referred me to another clinic to resolve other issues!
She also has been working with me to find the best med. that will help me.

Better instructions on after-care would be helpful. Nothing was mentioned about showers or getting the ear wet was mentioned.

I am in a wheel chair with very limited mobility. Options for having procedures done other than moving to a reclining chair should be availabile.

Just esthetics, outside of building was very depressing looking, dark and gloomy. They need to work on landscaping. Inside, the decor was nil, nada...it's depressing. Maybe better lighting and live green plants, wall hanging art?
