All the employees from the staff to Dr. Bell, everybody is so kind and prompt and quick, which I have a busy life. So that makes it so worth coming to your office.

Dr. Bell pales compared to my original endocrinologist who retired. The experience feels fast and processed. She does the bare minimum. I’m actively looking at other providers but the options are limited.

I was nervous when my previous endocrinologist let me know he was retiring. I had been seeing him ever since my thyroid cancer and established a great and special relationship with him given my circumstance. I have really enjoyed Dr. Bell in my short time of seeing her. She’s knowledgeable, very personable and easy to speak with. I like the facility and staff and have been very happy! Thank you all for the great care - it means more than you know.

I had a really poor experience. My appointment lasted 5 minutes. The dr didn’t look over my previous labs and ultrasound prior to the appointment and asked why I was there. When i explained my symptoms I felt as if it went in one ear and out the other. All in all I wasn’t pleased with my experience and will be going elsewhere.

We love Dr Bell. She is a lovely person, caring, respectful, great dr.
She takes great care of him. We rely on her to keep him going at 81.
The facility is very welcoming & calm.
We are thankful for her skill because he would not be alive if it was not for her & his other doctors.

I only go and see Dr. Bell once a year and every time I go it is just like I was there yesterday. She always answers any questions that I have, so that I can understand was she is saying in layman terms. I just love her. She takes great care of me. I would recommend her to anyone

I brag on you guys to my friends. Your office runs like a well oiled machine. I’m never there for more than 30 minutes, never have had to wait yet never ever felt rushed. I love you guys!

Dr. Bell is a compassionate person. But sometimes she’s too vague or she avoids deep explanations. I wish she would have more definite responses to my questions and be more forthcoming with management skills for my conditions. I always feel like I have to be the one to initiate changes in my insulin pump settings, or ask her about preventative techniques, drugs, etc.
