What else would you like to say about your experience?
I only go and see Dr. Bell once a year and every time I go it is just like I was there yesterday. She always answers any questions that I have, so that I can understand was she is saying in layman terms. I just love her. She takes great care of me. I would recommend her to anyone

I brag on you guys to my friends. Your office runs like a well oiled machine. I’m never there for more than 30 minutes, never have had to wait yet never ever felt rushed. I love you guys!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Bell is a compassionate person. But sometimes she’s too vague or she avoids deep explanations. I wish she would have more definite responses to my questions and be more forthcoming with management skills for my conditions. I always feel like I have to be the one to initiate changes in my insulin pump settings, or ask her about preventative techniques, drugs, etc.

The visit is extremely short. Feel like dr is very busy so visit is kept impersonal. Patient not valued.

Dr. Bell has always been willing to help me in anyway she can. She has many times gone up and beyond to show compassion for me. I wouldn't want to see anyone but Dr. Bell and I have complete confidence in her.

DrBell was cold and harsh. She didn't treat me like a person. She told me news that was difficult for me to hear in a cold and stiff way with no compassion. She laughed the entire time.... It was bizarre.

I have always been treated with dignity and trust since Dr Bell has been my endocrinologist. All the staff have been excellent and have recommended Dr Bell to several people and I understand two are currently her patients.

I do not like having to now go to the Infusion Center in Creekwood for prolia injections, Very inconvenient.

I have been going to see Dr. Bell for several years. Even when my insurance doesn't cover the visit, I stay here because I think she provides great and quality care, and there's hardly ever a wait.
