Dr. Kupstas is the most knowledgeable, kindest and compassionate dr I have ever seen. I feel so lucky to have her as my Dr and surgeon. I came from an outside company and from the very first phone call to seeing the Dr I am glad in every single way that I changed to Trinity.

I rated time spent as good because i felt like i could of asked more questions but she said they can be answered by other depts and i know they probably only have a set amount of time for each visit.

They were good about letting me know that there was a delay and let me know approximately how long the delay would be. I greatly appreciated them letting me know as I had another appointment that afternoon. The video visit did occur in time for me to make my other commitment.

Dr. Kupstas is a very nice person and a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything until you understand. I met her when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A very scary and uncertain time. She gave me options and explained each one. She made me feel better about having surgery and that she would take care of me. And she has. I recommend her very highly.

Doctor Kupstas was polite and provided courtesy. Dr. Kupstas explain each procedure with details. I just wish we could avoid having two procedures in regards of Markers being place.

Dr Kupstas is a brilliant surgeon. My cancer is very rare, but she understands it. I feel 100% confident in her care. At the same time she is the most kind and friendly doctor I have ever worked with. She carefully explains everything, listens to my concerns and respects my opinions. I feel like we are a team in making treatment decisions.

Dr. Kupstas is so genuine, down to earth. She has a way of making you feel everything is going to be alright even when there could possibly be negative side affects. In other words, she doesn’t “sugarcoat”. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wish more doctors were like her.
