Dr Cartee is amazing! She listens to what I say and addresses my needs. She explains things to where I can understand.

I believe that the Doctor was concern about my health and welfare, and we discussed different procedures that need to take place so I can know where I am health wise, and before having my surgery.

Hated I had to wait a year for my appointment, but worth the wait! Dr. Cartee was highly recommended and I now know why!

She didn't check me out physically at all. Even after my concerns of my stomach hurting & other issues. This is the second time I've seen her since Dr Hollier has left. She hasn't impressed me in the least bit. I waited forever and I saw her giggling and being flirtatious with an intern or young guy in the small office area when I went to the bathroom while I was waiting to be seen. So,it wasn't like she was with a patient. I don't find her to give the level of care for me as a patient. The fact she hasn't given a physical exam in 2 years is quite concerning. I've had to seek other gastroenterologist help.

The overall experience was great! We didn't sit in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes and we didn't wait but a few short minutes in the room and the dr. came in and she was very thorough with her questions and answers and she was extremely helpful and very nice! 😊

The area is clean and well appointed. Signage clear. Saw me on time. All staff persons were personable and helpful. Dr. Cartee is great combination of personable and professional.

Dr. Cartee and her NP were AMAZING! They both took time to listen to my concerns providing me with answers that previous GI doctors weren’t able to do. Highly recommend!!!
