Yes, I didn't feel like I was heard about my pain. I tried to tell them something going on with my Artificial Joint replacements, and they said no, it's wasn't according to the x ray. I know my body when I'm hurting. For them not to listen to me was Is very frustrating. They pushed my health issues on to the next doctor. 😡😡😡😡

Excellent care! Best care and most highly skilled care anywhere! Extremely efficient - Took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I'm just grateful to be a patient at UAB Orthopaedics.

Staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I had two appointments & the first provider got me over to my second appointment immediately after seeing her. We left the clinic an hour or more before the time of my second appointment.

I had to ask if my X-rays were ok. When I asked what kind of hardware was my hip replacement she at first told to get a copy of my medical records they should be in there but then she looked in my chart and gave it to me. She didn’t tell me if I was still on hip precautions. I had to ask for a work excuse to go back to work since she told me this would be my last visit. She did however saw me in a timely manner since I was early for my appointment.

From x-ray to doctor, all were professional and friendly. Doctor listened and answered my questions including letting me see the leg fracture on the x-ray to see how well it’s healing.

provider was nonchalant and uninterested, rushed, She did not touch my knee.I don't think she spent 5 minutes with me.
Was a waste of time.Though she did say she would order an MRI.
I felt she could care less about my knee issue!!!!

The staff when checking in was very efficient. The nurses were all very thorough & explained everything to me. Amanda Wester was great. She made me aware of the problem with the Si Joint, & both hips. Dr. [ ] who gave me the injection was very good, and thorough. I was very pleased with my visit.
