I've had an ongoing problem after total hip replacement, and made numerous visits and phone calls, and still no resolution. The nurse was condescending when I contacted her regarding an appointment, and the nurse practitioner seem to be rushed during the visit.

It’s been 8 days & my MRI still hasn’t been scheduled. This is ridiculous!

The doctor left me in the room and didn’t come back, to talk to me about the next step for my knees. I told her what was going on and she left out saying she will be right back, nope she never return. So I left after 30mins sitting in an empty room. On top of that another patient was coming in the room I was waiting in. My question is where did the doctor go? And why she never return. So, no I will not be recommending no friends of family there.
