My reminders said "Virtua Primary Care Moorestown," which routes you on some maps to another address because you have two facilities with that name. Because of that, I was late for my appointment, arrived during a computer issue, signed in 17 minutes late, and the provider declined to see me because I had arrived after the 15-minute grace period. I rescheduled for another appointment.

Terrible experience. Worst physical I ever had. Not to mention I waited 30 minutes because they forgot to let them know I checked in. They literally forgot me in the waiting room. I won't return for another appt. I'll be trying to find a new dr with cooper. She did nothing in my physical and once again had a random student with her just standing there. Odd and uncomfortable.

Dr. Griffin may be the best physician I have ever had. She enters the room totally prepared for the visit. She listens carefully, provides excellent guidance and really is a partner in my care. I highly recommend her.

Dr Griffin did not examine me during my follow up visit. She asked how I was feeling but did not re check my sinuses or listen to my heart or lungs.

I was very pleased with Dr. Griffin. I normally see Dr. {redacted}. He was not available, so I went to see Dr. Griffin. I was very impressed. She really tried to follow up on my past history, and we came to a conclusion together. I had blood tests and other tests. So I appreciated her input. Thank you.

Hi, my husband and I were seen, well, I was seen last Thursday and we really loved Amanda Griffin's personality. She's a DO doctor there. She was very, very kind and we like her bedside manners and yes, we both want her as our primary care doctor within that group. Okay. Thank you.

Love this medical team, I feel heard, seen and receive help when I need it. My only concern is it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Griffin herself in a quick turnaround time as she is booked far ahead. Her alternate providers are always helpful and step in when needed but they are not her. We are glad she is rightly so well regarded though.

Dr. Amanda Griffin is very friendly, caring and concerned in relation to your health and follow-up from previous visits, with your current results. When my wife and I had switched from previous primary doctors, it was hard to find a new doctor for me, who was using Urgent Care facilities for the last few years. We knew this was not the best thing to do and started searching for a new primary doctor. My wife, who was a relatively new patient with Dr. Griffin, and helping me search for a new primary doctor, initially said she (Dr. Griffin), was not taking on any new patients, but when my wife explained it was I, her husband who was having a problem finding a doctor, she (Dr. Griffin), agreed to take me on as a new patient! I and my wife have been very happy with her as our new Primary Doctor! We would definitely recommend her to future patients!

I would like the techs who take the vitals introduce themselves each time I visit. I know they wear name badges, but they call me by my name, I would like to address them with theirs.
