I prefer part of my visit be with my physician only it doesn't feel confidential when trainee is present for entire visit

I loved the professionalism and expertise of [REDACTED], who took my blood. She is the best, and she makes the experience very smooth! Checking in with the front desk was excellent, and everything went so smoothly that I cannot see myself going anywhere else to get blood drawn.

Dr. Griffin was very detailed in her answers to my questions. The amount of knowledge she was able to transfer was clear and concise. She was very knowledgeable of my conditions and it made me very comfortable that she had checked my history.

Dr. Griffin got me in for a very needed pre-op for eye cataract surgery. She knows me and that's evident in the questions she asks. She has all the records there. She asks the most important questions and gave me guidance for some ongoing issues. So I definitely highly recommend Dr. Griffin.

The nurses, and front desk office are always friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Griffin is great. She listens, offers solutions and helps in all ways that are needed. She's lighthearted and and a joy to be around. A very good Dr.

I absolutely love Dr. Griffin. She knows me and she knows how I get and she just is patient with me and takes care of me and I drive her nuts. But I'm really, really happy with her.

I got a phone call during my "televisit" from an outside caller and when I declined it I lost the connection with Dr Griffin. I was unable to reestablish the connection with her. I could not get the audio to come back on. So I terminated the call/visit.

Dr. Griffin was not only very kind and warm, she was professional, courteous, and understanding of my past history and very well-spoken and able to understand my care and have a plan of care for me at the time of my visit. She is very genuine in her responses and I love having Dr. Griffin as a physician. The staff was wonderful. My whole experience has been wonderful since I've started with Dr. Griffin.

If someone is giving you an injection, that person should know what is being administered. Unfortunately, my inquiry was after the needle was in my arm; otherwise I would have refused the administration from this individual.

Dr. Amanda Griffin is extremely personable and friendly and cares about her patients well being. She invites any questions or issues that you have and gives feedback and suggestions on what you could do to resolve them. She always follows up with you on the next visit to insure that any issues are being worked. Both myself and my wife are very happy with her as our Primary doctor!

My normal doctor wasn't available on the day I came down with a painful infection I'd had previously, so I was expecting the "triage nurse", but Amanda walked in, already fully up to speed on my chart, asked me how it occurred plus some medical history questions, and quickly determined which additional tests to perform. Per her recommendation, I had two more imaging tests performed and she got back to me with her recommendations after each one. All I can say is that she's an stunningly competent and personable physician who's an absolute pleasure to work with.

Dr. Griffin was very attentive and listened carefully to all of my concerns. However, I do not like Virtua's approach to annual checkups because we are not able to discuss our medical history or other health concerns without being charged an additional fee. Other healthcare providers in this area do not follow this practice. They take the time to listen to their patients, review their medical history, address concerns during the annual visit, and provide valuable advice.

I am 77 years old and Dr. Griffin is the best doctor I have ever had. She is sincerely concerned for my health as well as my personal life, and all my questions are answered thoroughly. Also, she never hurries to end my appointment, which was the opposite with other some doctors I've had.
