This was my first visit with her ever. What a great visit ! I mentioned I had a close contact that had talked to me about using a much more comfortable "appliance" instead of the combersom "CPAP" system. She explained that my condition was much to serve and the appliance wouldn't work for me ! Then explained why .. Needless to say I left the office e impressed !

She spent enough time with me to talk through all my concerns, and did it in a positive, encouraging way. She suggested solutions that made sense.

I liked very much that she was not only kind yet professional...she made sure I left the appointment with my questions answered and explained all info and tips for better cpap therapy as well as light hypervigilant sleep issues.

I made an appointment, arrived on time, then was made to wait while the provider fit in the person accompaning the previous patient then apologizing for for the wait due to an "unexpected 2 for 1". Making scheduled patients wait while seeing unscheduled in a non emergency situation is not acceptable.

This was my first time seeing Amanda Francese (my previous provider has retired). Amanda was wonderful and quite informative. I had several questions about my treatment and possible other treatments, and she answered everything in clear, understandable terms. I look forward to seeing Amanda Francese in the coming years.

Your problem is the excessive wait time to get an appointment. I waited 2 months for initial visit. After testing I am waiting another 2 months for follow up. Your provider is fine.

Amanda was the first person I’ve seen that actually looked at my results in a positive way. Instead of focusing on my total sleep score and the leakage that occurs. She looked at my apnea’s and amount of sleep which were both good.
