Dr Downs is always wonderful!!! She listens to my concerns, explains possible issues and/or solutions. She is thorough and recommends appropriate test if needed. Dr Downs is also is very quick to answer messages (questions/ requests) which is very impressive. I greatly appreciate the years of excellent care that she has provided!!
