Two & half hrs in waiting room before my infusion. When I finally got in there the TV didn’t work nor did it 4 wks earlier.

the whole team takes care of you. I was given my scripts for my labs, my MRI, and my Rx for my medicine. I left the scripts and all I believe on top of the machine where you pay for your parking. I was about 60 miles down the hwy when I noticed I did not have my paperwork. I called and Greg said he would get me copies and mail them to me. WOW who does that for their patients! You could not ask for a more kind bunch of people!

The administrative staff worked quickly and efficiently from scheduling my appt to verifying my health info prior to my appt, and scheduling my follow ups and labs. The clinical staff and physician were both personable and professional. They listened to my medical complaints and history, and provided a detailed and thorough examination and explanation of my current issues. They also did not seem like they were trying to rush me out which was wonderful.

Yes I had a x- ray appt check in with front desk with Nathan. I sat there for a whole hour before I went back up to the desk to see if anyone have call my name. They said they forgot to switch my name over very upset. Then when they call me back I was then over 10 second very upset. I did let the manager Yolanda know how I felt about dropping the ball as far as scheduling. Just completely upset. I think the staff need to be or manager attending the wait room a little more then to be on there personal phones.

My doctor wanted to see me in 3 months, when I got to the desk to make appointment, I was told there wasn’t any in 3 months. So it’s going to be 5 months before I can see the doctor again! Very disappointing, when she said to come back in 3 months!

They were able to get me an appointment quickly and when I arrived there wasn’t a long wait time. Dr. Alexander(Schnell) was also attentive.
