The clinician was very good. Very professional, however, I didn't feel she understood she didn't need to talk so loud. Sometimes, people mis understand that not all seniors are hard of hearing.

The staff were very professional and friendly. No long wait to see the doctor/NP. The NP took out a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like I was just another number but I felt like I was important. I was able to express all my thoughts and concerns and the NP patiently listened to me and offered her medical expertise. I feel that we are on the right track for a great health care plan for me. I'm excited.
