Dr Allen came out for me in the lobby and she explain in detail what was happening with my left foot . She has excellent manner .So do the staff .But this doctor stand out in my head all the time .She saving my toe and I have no complaint

I approached the appointment with the expectation, "My issue is not important enough for this type of large orthopedic group practice." Oh, was I incorrect. Dr. Allen never minimized my problem, gave me her full attention, made me truly feel comfortable and was willing to help me solve the medical problem!! Thank you if doctors can get 5 Star Reviews. Dr. Allen has mine.

She gave me needed information about handling my upcoming vacation on a beach with a broken metatarsal. She gave me a printout showing the support device I needed for stability. (The beach didn't have the broken foot, I did. Misplaced modifier for anyone who cares. Ha !)

Doctor Amanda Allen treated me with upmost respect and with extreme compassion. My story is too long to tell... However I will share that she listens carefully and gave me a game plan. Instructions and solutions to get me on track. I honestly have to say her smile, her warm kind ways, soft spoken voice and her positive encouragement!She gave me a sense as if I was really talking to family. Real family. PA looked at 3 X-rays of my left foot and did not pick up the anomaly on the lateral view but Dr. Allen did. She also ordered a boot and what to do about it and ordered an MRI of my foot to determine if something else was going on with the soft tissue. Stress fracture of the 3rd metatarsal. PA missed it.
