Everyone was exceptional from escorting us to the room, answering questions, making us feel relaxed and explaining what they were doing to escorting us back out. It was a very easy, comfortable experience which makes a world of difference. We appreciate each one. UAB has exceptional staffs

I was very impressed by the professionalism and caring attitudes shown by everyone - from intake to vitals to exam. The PA and therapist explained everything to me in layman's terms, giving me hope that all is well! Kudos to them!

The two ladies we saw yesterday were amazing. They were so kind and thoughtful when dealing with my husband. My husband has frontal lobe dementia, so our experiences are not always great.

I am always recommending the Kirklin ENT! I have been to audiology, allergy, voice, and a couple of other clinics within ENT, and —without exception—all the clinic staff are personable, very knowledgeable, professional, and truly very helpful. They are results-focused yet very kind, and they listen. I always look forward to my appointments there because I always enjoy seeing everyone! I wish all medical clinics were like this one!
