Not sure what the point of this visit was. If I didn't ask the PA to remove a stitch that that was sticking out, she would not have looked at or touched my knee. The initial assistant asked me more questions than the PA did. I mentioned that my pain level and stifness was greater in the last few weeks - The PA's response that at 3 months I'm 50%, 9 months 75% and at a year 100%. That pat response didn't address my current concerns.

Hi, so I just have some input that I want to put in. The PA called me right after my meeting, so a couple hours later, to tell me something. I was holding the phone in my hand and unfortunately, the next thing I know, I didn't hear a ring, I just hear a voicemail. I immediately called back the office because I wanted to speak to her. It was important for me to ask my questions that I wanted to ask. I did not get a call back until the next day, even after I went online and submitted a request as well. So that was a little kind of interesting that I missed the call, that I can't speak to someone, that I wanted to know something that had to be answered quickly. Thank you.

Alyssa did a great job. I've been dealing with her for a while. She used to give me my injections in my knees, and I'm very comfortable with her taking care of me. She is really good.

I was told I needed an appt for a sling. The only opening was 40 mins from my home. Once I arrived the PA said I did not need a sling however I needed an appt to see her for medications and instructions. All things that were already given to me over the phone prior to having to schedule the appt. Total travel time 1hr 20 mins for an appt that wasn't even needed and a $40 copay for something that was required. So much back and forth for something not even required for my surgery

The staff took me right away went to x-ray right away. Got to see the doctor and out in no time I enjoy the visit with my Doctor and she explained everything and gave me the next step to do.

I waited in a exam room for almost 45 minutes. I was a half hour early and shown to exam room, but didn't see anyone else till the PA, 45 minutes later.

Check-in was really great, but checking out was too much, you know, people waiting in line to check out. So that could be a little bit better.

I just wanted to thank everybody. The whole day was seamless. I'm home. I'm relaxing. I'm chill. I'm in virtually no pain. And I just wanted to extend a thank you from everybody, from all the staff there, the doctor, the assistants, the nurses, everybody. Just wanted to thank you very much. I appreciate it.

The staff was very friendly, easy to make an appointment. Alyssa always takes time with me, answers questions, tells me what she recommends that we should do. I never feel rushed. So I feel very comfortable going to the facility. It's clean. And most of all, they make me feel comfortable and confident in their ability on caring for me. Thank you.

disappointed that it was recommended that I make an appointment for physical therapy (following the examination by the PA). Because of the pain that I was having, a cortisone injection would have remedied the issue without having to have PT which to me would be just a delay in obtaining the injection and cause the insurance to be charged. As a 'golden oldie' I feel that the injection would have been more effective. But I assume that the PA was following protocol in recommending the PT.

2:00 PM APPOINTMENT ARRIVED 1:45, 2:30 PUT IN A ROOM 2:50 SAW A PA for less then 10 mins. I would think the doctor who did the knee replacement would atleast stop in. PA was very abrupt. Checkout took another 30 mins, I left Worst experience I had with this facility

I was extremely happy with the care I received from the staff and the doctor that gave me the shot, especially the doctor that gave me the shot. I didn't feel really any pain at all. So I was very grateful for that. And the scheduler got me in the very next day after I called, which was wonderful. It was really crowded there. There was a lot of people, so the staff got me in and got me out, got my shot, and everything was good. Unfortunately, the shot didn't work, but that's nobody else's fault. It's just what it is because I'm at that point where I need a new replacement. But regardless, the staff were wonderful. The doctor was wonderful, and I've always appreciated everything you guys do. Thank you so much.
