She was very pleasant. Listened to me explain the problem and offered a sound plan to correct it. She also let me know that she was always there and willing to see me again if what we are going to try doesn't see to be working. I thought she was very professional and very caring.

I think I meet with Students not both but what she was need just news and I give to them.mybe next step it's gonna be good on.Thank you for giving us time I appreciate 🙏. When put grove after and finish..but I believe some times we have student but Dr who trenend them need teach them what to do not us come and see this Thanks 🙏.

I appreciate Dr. Sydnie‘s bedside manner as well as care of my daughter. She listens to the things that I want, for example regarding vaccines and made a personal plan with us on a vaccine schedule, allowing us to spread out vaccines. She is not pushy with regards to that, and offers an open minded viewpoint.. when bringing up concerns regarding the communication with the office she made the suggestion for messaging her directly instead of going through the nurses and she would make sure if I was concerned enough that she would get us in for a same-day appointment and she would personally move around her schedule to do so which is reassuring that our needs are important to the provider.
