My appointment was with Susan Alvarez and she was wonderful. Prior to meeting with me at my appointment she took the time to study my medical history and provided a detailed explanation and plan moving forward. She answered all of my questions in a very easy to understand way and I didn’t feel rushed. She was kind and very personable. I felt both seen and heard throughout my entire appointment.

Alvarez was just what a provider should be, caring, considerate, and concerned about how I felt. Concerned about educating me on possible solutions to my reactions to the medication.
