I felt that Dr. Alonso really listened to me

My daughter, who is a nurse, within a year of her nurse practitioners degree, accompanied me on the visit. She is impressed by Dr. Alonso's approach, first walking through physical and mental conditions and then applying the neurology with excellence. She said, "Listen to him, he is your biggest cheerleader for being the best you can be." She knows many doctors and puts him very high on her list.

Dr Alonso listens and truly cares. He takes the time to explain treatment options and truly listens to your concerns. Ultimately he makes you feel empowered to make your own decisions.

Dr Alonso was very patient and not rushed. Reviewed meds and offered therapy as needed. Very personable and approachable. Excellent neurologist.

This was my sister’s first visit with Dr. Alonzo. He was very caring, spoke directly with her, and made good eye contact. He quickly assessed her issues and made excellent informed recommendation's.

Haven't seen Dr. Alonzo in 5 years. He put my mind at ease explaining my tremors vs parkinsons. Discussed the benefits and side effects of medications which I felt in total control of my decision. I got to appointment early and was seen early. I really appreciated that.

Dr. Alonso spent more than enough time explaining my new medication plus other aspects of my health. He was very helpful and calming. Very good visit.

Dr. Alonso has "followed me" since my bilateral cerebellar stroke 8 years ago. We look forward to seeing him each year, since he is so positive and shows genuine interest in my remarkable recovery, as well as outspoken admiration for my recovery efforts.

From the greeting and check in, to rooming, treatment, and checkout, every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and wonderful to engage with. Even more, every visit is just like this. They are consistently excellent in communication and care.

Dr Alonso, was a true professional. He took sufficient time with me and did a really good job explaining what the MRI found and his recommendation to monitor it.
