Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Juan is a 10+ kind of doctor in bedside manner he heals both physical and mental needs while you’re talking with him very reassuring. I’ve had several doctors in my life and he is definitely rated as one of my top candidates
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Each one of our visits are good and it would be hard to improve on how they handle me and my wife they make us feel like we are special

Dr Juan Almaguer is AMAZING. He is the best Dr I've ever had in my 65 years. And his staff is great.

From the sstaff to Dr. Juan it was a comforting and caring visit.. Dr. Juan shared his own personal experience which provided a human and important side to my particular visit. His care and the nurses care were exactly what I needed that day. Thank you!

The nurse first of all, got everything done I needed very kind. Dr Juan reminds me of an old fashioned doctor. He thoroughly read my chart and knew the things I was going through. Professional, kind, caring, and good listener, acknowledging my feelings. Dr Juan the best doctor within BJC I've ever seen

This was the first time I had a visit with this Provider. I think the Office Needs to Clone Him! Friendly, good listener, and understanding. I would have My Family go to Him.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Almaguer was great. Took the time to talk through all of my concerns and developed an action plan to address my symptoms and overall health. He works with me to incorporate and measure the impact of life style changes, physical therapy and medications to improve my overall quality of life.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Wait time for appointment was a bit longer this time but that is not typical for this location.

Dr. Almaguer’s patience, understanding, empathy, etc. was exceptional. I was so nervous going into the appointment, but by the time I left, I was so happy that I went.

Dr. Almaguer and his entire staff were extremely helpful. Dr. Almaguer (and his staff) is the best physician I have dealt with in all my 77 years. He listens carefully, explains things well and most of all... he TRULY CARES.

I’m a retired R. N. who worked full time 45 yrs. Dr Almaguer is my new family Dr & I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge , professionalism & he is very caring , down to earth & we hit it off from our 1st handshake!! He is quite special & a rare find!!!!

The Dr was great, I appreciate Dr Shoup asking if I would see his associate and with him having knowledge with migraines that truly helped me because I did not. He was able to prescribed the right combination of medication that has helped me out

Dr Almaguer went above and beyond, he listened very well to what I was going through without judgement he assessed the situation and came up with solutions to try and help in any way he could. he didnt want me leaving feeling worse off than I already did. very thankful for him and taking my situation seriously

Dr Jaun’s staff is quick, courteous and updated. I could not be more grateful. Dr Jaun is very pleasant, but above all more than qualified for his field. I have complete trust in him and really happy I found him.

Both the nurse and the doctor were very kind, did not make me feel rushed, and helped me feel very comfortable. I usually get anxious in new environments and talk too much but neither of them seemed bothered by that and they were very helpful. My experience here was exponentially better than my prior experience with other offices.

Care was excellent, communication and time spent explaining a new condition was above and beyond printing information to take home in addition taking the time to explain things in detail for future of care. I highly recommend and feel grateful to have a provider that takes the time to listen to patients and gives insightful feedback for my well-being.

Nothing, from the front desk check in to the point of connecting with my doctor I felt very well taken care of.
