Everyone I come in contact with at HSS is always friendly, courteous, and professional. It is an awesome hospital filled with compassionate caring people. I come from Maryland and the travel is well worth the treatment I have received.

I was here for my pre-op appointments prior to my 2nd Total Knee Replacement at HSS. I have consistently been so impressed with the care, people and efficiency! My surgeon, Seth Jerabek is wonderful and did an amazing job on my right knee so I'm coming back to him in July for my left knee. He and his staff (Vi, Anna, others) are outstanding!

After this experience with HSS, I don't think I'll go anywhere else for repairs to my body. The thoroughness of HSS far exceeds any other Ortho practice I've experienced.

Allison was WONDERFUL! I just wanted to comment on the restrooms for the public. I think they need more frequent attention from Housekeeping. Thank you.

I cannot say this enough. This is an outstanding facility. I have had multiple experiences at HSS with various staff members. Every experience is outstanding, instills me with confidence about my procedure and process and lets me know that my recovery will exceed my expectations.

Both Lauren and Allison went terrific and went beyond the standard of quality care. Thoughtful, helpful, patient. They very much alleviated my fears going into surgery and provided information not only helpful, but crucial to allow me to move forward.
