I experienced a very difficult weekend with severe nerve pain. I communicated these problems thru the patient portal and during after-hours phone calls. Allison responded, thru [staff], and I was offered a video visit first thing Monday morning. I very much appreciated this quick responsiveness and Allison's availability.
