Allison Basta is caring, attentive, and informative. Here referrals are top notch and her time with me is meaningful. Her asst. Geraldy is also caring and attentive. They are a great team and trustworthy!!!

Dr Basta is phenomenal and her student Dr was awesome. I got to mess with him and he responded with a laugh. They listened me on some issues that are sensitive with attention and discretion.

I was quite impressed and pleased that Allison Basta took the time to establish me as a new patient. She was thorough in asking questions and recording all of my medical history as well as placing all of the lab and scan orders to review at my next visit. I appreciated the fact that Allison Basta also took the time to complete a new patient examination. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

Everyone at the South Meadows primary care office are wonderful. Every moment of my encounter at this office was wonderful. Allison Basta is an amazing primary care provider and the community is lucky to have her caring for us. Nicholas MA was very nice and efficient as well. Thank you to everyone in this office. It is clearly being run well and employees seem to be happy and that reflects the job that management is doing as well. Thank you Renown South Meadows Primary Care!!!!

It was nice for someone to listen to you and not stare at the computer screen the whole appointment. Allison gave me suggestions based on listening to my concerns. She also handled a pre-authorization that I have been unable to make any progress on. Some of her suggestions are already working!

I was treated like a VIP, everyone from my Doctor to the technicians were awesome. My comfort and care came first, I’m so glad I am enrolled in my Senior Care Plan and Renown Hospital.Dr Basta made sure I had my results and explained them to me along with further instructions, thank you to everyone who helped me feel safe.

Allison Basta is a fantastic care provider. She is attentive and thorough. She is present, listens and ask questions. Her medical assistant is kind and personable. I feel very lucky and blessed to be able to come to this office.

I really liked that Allison recorded our conversation instead of sitting at a computer and typing everything down as we talked. Because she was listening and not typing I felt that our conversation was more in depth and spontaneous.
