My most recent appointment was for [ ]. A. Basta listened to the history that I've been having with [ ]recently and when I was younger. She examined my [ ]. She prescribed two Rx and ordered a [ ] so that she/we might be able to pinpoint the cause. She was very attentive. I also had an appointment for an [ ] and efficiently took care of that making that appointment available for someone else who might need it. I have only been a Renown patient for two years (primary care is Dr. [ ]) and thus far I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received.

Dr. Basta takes my illness very seriously. She's never dismissed anything I've been worried about like a lot of providers have in my past experiences. If she's unsure about something, she's not afraid to say, I don't know, but we're going to find out. I'm a complex case, and nothing is easy for me with medical stuff. She's an amazing doctor who's actually a human, and treats my entire family now. Including my adult kids. It takes a lot for me to trust doctors now. But I trust her 100%.

She is a great primary provider. She knows what specialty care I’m getting and from her referrals. She also helped me get my dad into [ ] when he needed it at the end of his life. That was a godsend. Allison has called me when I’ve been at my wits end with specialty care and helped me through it. Hang on to her. If she goes somewhere else, she’ll be sorely missed.

I have been dealing with the physical and mental health ramifications of being sexually assaulted and physically assaulted and Allison Basta has been patient, respectful, mindful, compassionate and has provided safety with her care durning each of my needed visits with her. I am also in the military, she knows and understands those who serve in this capacity.
