I was treated like a VIP, everyone from my Doctor to the technicians were awesome. My comfort and care came first, I’m so glad I am enrolled in my Senior Care Plan and Renown Hospital.Dr Basta made sure I had my results and explained them to me along with further instructions, thank you to everyone who helped me feel safe.

Allison Basta is a fantastic care provider. She is attentive and thorough. She is present, listens and ask questions. Her medical assistant is kind and personable. I feel very lucky and blessed to be able to come to this office.

I really liked that Allison recorded our conversation instead of sitting at a computer and typing everything down as we talked. Because she was listening and not typing I felt that our conversation was more in depth and spontaneous.

Dr. Basta is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is professional, personal and friendly. Dr. Basta knows her stuff. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and the mind of her patients. I'm so comfortable with Dr. Basta, I can tell her anything, without judgement. The location and the staff at Renown, is awesome, it's one stop shop there. I can get almost everything I need at that facility. Thank you for your service.

The staff at the renowned facility that I went to off of South Meadows and Double Diamond Parkway are incredibly caring, wonderful people, and were very, listened to my concerns and what my needs were, and did everything that they could to best serve me and to provide a good diagnosis. And I'm very appreciative of this facility and all of the staff that I had interaction with.

Allison is always friendly, empathetic, and explains what I do/don’t need medically so that it makes sense. I trust her implicitly and am grateful for her care. Her MA, Geraldy, is the best as well. Cheerful, professional, and helpful. Allison and Geraldy are the Dynamic Duo in my book!
