Yes, my provider was very informative as always and she does discuss the medication with me. And except I pushed the wrong one on the survey by mistake, but I'm quite satisfied with the treatment and services that my provider gives and grateful. Thank you. Bye now.

I consider myself to be a very fortunate woman because Dr. Herbst is the best ever endocrinologist. She is the perfect balance of professionalism and being empathetic in the care of her patients. All the staff members I came in contact with were also the same balanced blend of taking care of "business" but also able to put me at ease. I must add that due to recent stress in my life I've neglected to take Virtua's after visit surveys. I'm a lucky gal because all of the Virtua doctors that see me and navigators who help me figure out "stuff" at 76 years old I need all the help I can get ! I want to send out to all of these wonderful people my deep gratitude for all of their help. They are also deserving of being given a positive survey response from me. My apologies for being remiss in taking the time to do so for all of them. My energy levels were just not up to it at the time.

Dr. Herbst is always prepared for our visits. She knows my history, my current bloodwork results, etc. She spends adequate time reviewing those results, and current meds and refills. She is also very personable and upbeat. I actually look forward to my appointment with her.

I travel one & half hours to see Dr HERBST. I would never change. She is the only one I would trust with my diabetes control. When I moved 12 years ago, she is the only doctor I kept! I changed my cardiologist, dentist, GP, but will stay with her until I can no longer drive!

I have been coming here for many years seeing the same provider every 4 months. Now she is so busy that I can't be fit in for an appointment for 6 months because she is booked up. So disappointing.
