The appointment was easy; short wait time, and provider thoroughly explained all aspects of my health, and I was treated with dignity and respect upon entering the facility until I left.

The nurse who was taking the weight and pressures was extremely pleasant and attentive. I am sorry I missed her name as she was so competent.

All is not a full time provider for me. I saw her for a once a year event. She however was very informative about my condition and things that would aide my care.

Allie Finney was very engaging and listened to what I had to say in order to understand instead of just to reply. She is one of the most engaging and knowledgeable Physician Assistants I have ever experienced. Good job Allie!

Allie was so thoughtful and professional at the same time caring and friendly. I was extremely Impressed. I definitely would seek her help if I need anything in the future. Another employee, I’m not sure if her title, was very helpful. I believe her name was Susie. I did not have an appointment with her and I had arrived early for my appointment with Allie. She explained [ ] and how to use online. The receptionist, who checked me in is the one who asked Susie to help me. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Ms. Finnie was prepared for the health assessment appointment. She took time to listen, engage, seek information, and give ideas about questions to ask my MD at the next appointment. Both Ms. Finnie and the medical assistant were friendly, engaging, professional, and responded appropriately at all times. Great visit.

Allie had previewed my info earlier in the day and reached out to another PA with a question that I also brought up during my appointment. That showed me a level of detail and professionalism not often seen. She was extremely easy to talk with and asked appropriate probing questions and made appropriate comments/suggestions.
