Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to Michelle Allen, they all listened and genuinely wanted to help me with my pain I was having.

Michelle, the Nurse Practitioner, was very friendly as well as very caring and professional. She assured us that we were correct to be concerned about the calf pain and it was smart to come to Urgent Care. By the time we arrived at ER Michelle had charted my information so I had a smooth transition to the ER.

She was very caring & even though she had to send me to ER she helped to get me out of office and I to my vehicle (husband was with me and she didn't have to do it. She was great)

Ms. Allen, is an amazing nurse practitioner. She took the time and care to really listen to my concerns and promptly address them. A big thanks to her and her staff!

She sat and talked me through all of my meds, all my symptoms, treatment options. And my test results. She was on the ball at referring me to specialists. She was very thorough and so personable and I don't think I've ever had a nurse, doctor or another NP treat me with so much respect, care, empathy. I just can't say enough about Ms. Allen. She is just amazing and she knows her stuff! I'm very comfortable around her and I have been telling my friends about her and letting them know she will give the best care ever from her. She's a gem to your hospital and I hope that she gets recognized for the amazing care she provides.
