NP Michelle Allen - excellent interview skills with me, thorough with my exam, included me in the discussion of my condition and what medications best to treat it. Reinforced that if I wasn’t getting better by mid week to call and get to the next step of treatment. Very pleased with her professional care.

She is one of the most genuine, kind, caring and professional doctors I have met in my 41 years of life. She shows genuine concern no matter what your ailment, and explains things in an uneducated, yet understandable way. I would recommend Dr Allen 1000 times over. Kudos to this team. Smiles and compassion were felt and appreciated!!! I left feeling better just knowing I was cared for.

I feel like all the staff were extraordinary! The nurse practioner arrived at her diagnosis quickly, and explained exactly what we needed to do. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated everyone's kindness.

Michelle was fantastic!! She was very sweet, caring. When you go into an urgent care you usually aren't feeling the best, and Michelle was great at talking with me about my issue, explaining things as she went through her treatment plans and explaining her thoughts after examination. She was honestly the best!!

Everyone was kind and professional. Although my daughter was scared, she was shown wonderful care. Michelle was thorough and listened to all of our concerns. We are always happy with our experience at this medical clinic and will continue to use their wonderful services when we are in need of urgent care.

Everyone in your facility is always friendly! Even when they are super busy, I wouldn’t take the girls to any other urgent/convenient care! The NP’s and the rest of the staff always are kind and listen to all concerns! They go above and beyond!
