Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Michelle Allen was extraordinary. I’ve seen her twice. First visit she sent me to the hospital because my heart rate was low. Found out that I needed a pacesetter. So I really am grateful for Michelle!

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to Michelle Allen, they all listened and genuinely wanted to help me with my pain I was having.

Michelle, the Nurse Practitioner, was very friendly as well as very caring and professional. She assured us that we were correct to be concerned about the calf pain and it was smart to come to Urgent Care. By the time we arrived at ER Michelle had charted my information so I had a smooth transition to the ER.

Michelle explained things to us in a manner we understood and used humor and validation to ease the worry and concern of a child being sick.

Michelle Allen listened to the needs of my daughter, and even changed care based on test results. I appreciate her flexibility to proactive treatment.

Everything was as I expected it to be. The care I received was appropriate. Michelle was very personable and compassionate. She made me feel at ease.

Saw Michelle Allen she was very concerned she told us what she felt I needed to have done. She ordered new medication and ordered test. She listened to our concerns.

She was very caring & even though she had to send me to ER she helped to get me out of office and I to my vehicle (husband was with me and she didn't have to do it. She was great)

She was very friendly, and did not appear rushed. Was very personable and seemed knowledgeable and recommended the antibiotics that were suited to the infection.
