Overall professionalism of every staff member. They perform their skill in friendly caring manner. The facility is always clean, ample parking is available. Dr. Zand caring; compassionate,professional and allows me be a part of decision making in my health outcomes. I will gladly refer other seniors to Dr. Zand and the staff for Primary Care.

Make sure that the doctors look at their charts for the patient and don't describe prescriptions. That does not help the situation at all and make it worse

My doctor is what makes the experience what it is. She make sure all my needs are addressed my refills and always asks how are you feeling now and in the past. She's what makes my visit the best.

I couldn't see the ophthalmologist because I didn't send a referral on time, the same thing has happened to me three times now, and I'm already looking for a new clinic to go to, I went to the ophthalmology specialist for support today and they couldn't help me, I I'm going from the clinic
