Dr. Reem was very professional and personable. It was like sitting down with a family member and having a conversation. She listened to me and validated me. Terry the Nurse Tech who took my blood pressure was very professional and personable as well. He treated me with courtesy.

Dr Reem is very good at what she does. She is working hard with me regarding my diabetes. She had brought my numbers down and gets me on a better eating path where I'm more healthy. I really like her personality and she is very friendly and listens to my concerns too. I trust her judgement with helping me.

I am very happy to be working with Reem, I wish we had been put in touch years ago, she is very helpful with my medications and helps me understand my options. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I was surprised to learn of the Pharmacy Support and Services available. And after being involved in the program for several months now, I will not hesitate to say that he program works! I am more comfortable with the meds I am taking. I believe she is giving me support that my physicians don't always have time to spend with me. I hope this program becomes a new standard in medical care - a little education often goes a long way!
