Like I said the receptionist's to the PA all were very nice and really seemed like they care!!!I am very pleased with everyone I spoke with or came in contact with!!! Jennifer Alix is very knowledgeable and also kind and patient!!!

In a short period of time I’ve seen many providers who were very unsuccessful at bed side manner, communication with patients and creating a positive experience for patience’s. Since seeing Jennifer Alix my faith in medical practice has completely changed! I consistently request to see Jennifer and each time she is patient kind and caring to all aspect of my health. I would truly follow her to any practice if she were to ever leave!

Jen is the reason I stay at this practice. I’ve not been happy with other providers I have seen there, and I’ve been extremely unhappy with wait time (several 1-2 hours on hold!) trying to call and speak to a real person at the practice.

The only thing that I don’t agreed with is that I felt like I was scolded for making an appointment for my mother to be check for an UTI when more time was needed for the appointment. I have no idea how much time is needed to diagnose and treat a person. What is important to me is for my mother to be seen when she is not feeling well. I spend enough time between the portal and telephone calls explaining the situation. It is not my fault that you guys don’t have the time to review all of the information before you see the patients. The day before this appointment I spend 20 minutes on the phone talking with Heidi and explaining all of the symptoms.
